1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Flodojo ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
Flodojo provides gym and studio management software including billing, scheduling, member management, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.
3. Account and Use
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
4. Payment and Billing
Fees are as stated on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; no refunds for partial periods. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your collection and use of member data through the Service complies with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR).
6. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights in the Service, including software, design, and content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service during your subscription. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flodojo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may retain data as required by law or our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Flodojo Inc. is incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
